		<description>It&#039;s unfortunate that the jobless rate is still going up.  Weren&#039;t the bank bailouts and the car company loans to take care of a lot of the core problems of our country?

I chuckle whenever I see a news story or read an article saying &quot;they&#039;re hiring&quot; and follow it up with a comment to lead you to think the worst is over.  Ok, everyone hires sometime or another.  The problem is that there are still more people being let go than are being hired.  All they have to do is read the US Statistics report.</description>
