Recessionwire Wants YOU

By the Editors ⋅ 3:02 pm June 8, 2009 ⋅ One comment

logo 200Well, it’s been nearly four months to the day, and Recessionwire has seen amazing growth and heard from amazing readers who have shared stories and helped us spread the word about the website. We’re thankful for all the help — and of course now we’re asking for more as we continue to chronicle these tough times.

Recessionwire is looking for contributors and interns to help with writing, design, production and PR and marketing. Not your skill? Got something better? Let us know—we may need that, too.

Writing: Propose and contribute regular weekly or individual features. This could be a personal experience column or reported piece, but must have some humor in it.

Research: Like to surf blogs, explore obscure topics and unearthing hidden gems for discussion? We need a regular dose of info on recession-related topics people are talking about.

Design: Sharp visual skills? Help us upgrade our look, and create graphics for advertising or for editorial features.

PR/marketing/social media ninja: Love helping spread the word? Help us spread our word!

If any of this sounds like you, we’d love to chat. Please drop us an email at contact@recessionwire.com, with “Here to help” in the subject line.

If you enjoyed this story, print or share it!
