Recession Lexicon: Funemployment

By Sara Clemence ⋅ 3:36 pm April 23, 2009 ⋅ 6 comments

dictionary1A period of joblessness that you actually enjoy—maybe you get to lay out, sleep in, work out, read up. It helps to have savings, severance or an unemployment check to help pay the bills. 4. Funemployment is an art, a lifestyle change! Though temporary, best case scenario, this time of unemployment can be a great experience, where great things can be accomplished on the home front and it offers an opportunity for personal growth and life lessons, such as reevaluating one’s spending habits in general!
