Screwed: 900 at Johnson and Johnson

screws2Johnson and Johnson is slashing 900 jobs, mostly in sales….GE Healthcare plans to layoff 179 employees at its GE Healthcare Monitoring Solutions plant in Milwaukee…Dean Health System in Wisconsin said it would eliminate about 90 positions…an Iowa community college plans to lay off 43 faculty members, 33 of them part-timers… The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va., plans to lay off 40 employees in the third wave of cuts since last fall…3M said Thursday that it had offered early retirement packages to about 3,600 U.S. employees, or 11% of its workforce.

  1. I work in the pharma industry and it is a nightmare companies are laying off left and right. I went from a top rep to unemployed and those who were not making their numbers but who were paid less got to keep their jobs…truly frustrating
