In fact, they say that they HAVE to pay out huge bonuses to the employees that lost them billions because if not, they'll lose the best and the brightest!! Maybe Joe should send his resume to AIG. A note on the term 'best and the brightest' by the way ... someone should tell AIG that the original 'best and the brightest' got us into the Vietnam War.
