And if you're a US worker on a visa in India, do you pay US income tax? Indian income tax? Do they even have income tax in India? Is the move permanent? Will they pay for you to move back if the job is over? What if they move you there and then you get laid off? I'd be very interested in seeing how they deal with the tax and benefits questions from these outshipped workers.
